This Charles P. Rogers ad is probably circa 1880. Back when having live geese feathers when considered fine form. We are not exactly sure what that meant, but sounds bad….and we don’t do that anymore, whatever it was. We do however, still have lots of “comfortables.”

The hit CBS series “The Good Wife” has gotten not only great reviews on the content but also on the fantastic decor of Alicia Florrick’s (Julianna Margulies) apartment. We sometimes have a hard time keeping track of all the Charles P. Rogers Beds used in TV and Movies but this is one of those productions. Our Hamilton Open Foot Sleigh Bed is set in the stars bedroom with good reason. The overall look is opulent and sophisticated and the Hamilton bed is the centerpiece. A customer alerted us to this slide show of a house renovation done by Loi Thai featured in the Washington Post. While we thought the entire project was incredibly impressive, we especially liked seeing our Iron & Brass Sleigh Bed featured in the bedroom.
