About Our Iron Beds

This bed is hand forged from heavy, solid iron bar and uses thick-walled heavy-gauge posts. The decorative castings are solid metal and cast in the traditional manner from sand molds made with our exclusive hand carved wooden patterns. Castings are poured directly on the iron framework for both strength and quality of finish. Any decorative brass including castings, finials, balls and caps are all heavy, solid brass castings. Our use of authentic materials and techniques means that our beds are substantially heavier than modern mass-produced reproductions. Our beds have precise detailing and appearance which is clearly visible with surface quality and luminous multi-layered hand applied finishes. All the iron in this bed is recycled and recyclable to insure a responsible use of natural resources.

Complete Beds include headboard, footboard and rails.

Your bed purchase will come carefully packaged and includes: headboard footboard or front rail depending on model purchased two side rails interior metal frame system to support your box spring and mattress, queen and king sizes come with additional center support detailed assembly instructions all hardware and hand tools necessary for assembly mattress, box spring and bedding are NOT included.

Headboards are made to fit standard bed frames.

What is included in my headboard only purchase? The headboard only option will come carefully packaged and includes: headboard hardware detailed instructions for connecting to a standard metal bed frame metal bed frame, mattress, box spring and bedding are NOT included
