Dream Leather Bed - Vintage Brown

Inspired by a cleverly tufted traditional chaise, comfort and elegance are the essence of this bed. It is upholstered in thick supple vintage brown leather that is smooth and soft to the touch. Skillfully shirred ends accentuate the headboard curve and give it a soft shapely edge. Hand quilted over high resilience padding, it is truly ultra comfortable. It may be ordered as a headboard alone for use with a conventional bed frame or as complete bed with solid Mahogany rails and feet. Queen pictured.

Review: "Nothing else to say except I LOVE MY BED!!! This bed looks so rich in my room. It has truly turned this space into my sanctuary. I was a little concerned about ordering a bed online without seeing it in person but after walking into a well known upscale furniture in NYC and asking the design coordinator about the quality of Charles P Rogers merchandise all my fears were laid to rest. She raved about their quality and unique pieces. As a result I promptly ordered my bed and received it within a week. The set up was about 20 minutes, the driver and assembly crew (only 2 additional people) were courteous and professional. Well worth the money. I couldn't be happier. Looks even better than the picture and feels sooooo soft and supple. The mahogany bed rails are sturdy and not easily moved. Thank you to Charles P Rogers for making luxurious furniture affordable!!"

Review: "I stopped by the Manhattan showroom before fully committing to this purchase - I had to make sure that the bed was an incredible as it appeared on the internet - it was indeed! For this price, I am simply astonished at the quality of the leather (not bonded, but aniline dyed top grain!) and rails (SOLID mahogany, no veneers! Every other furniture company in this price range uses veneers.) Even the parts of the headboard that aren't visible are covered in a good quality suede-look chocolate fabric. How do they not charge at least 2X the price? After reading other reviews, I was a little worried that I might have difficulty assembling this bed by myself, but I managed quite well. I'm 5'9" and 128 lbs, so I'm by no means a 'brawny' type of girl, and yet I had little difficulty unpacking and assembling. I took my time, took a few breaks, and was finished in a couple of hours. The box with the rails is pretty heavy, but each piece within it is a perfectly manageable weight. The headboard is easy to lift and maneuver, and it balances itself when upright so there is no critical need to have a wall handy to lean it against. The only complaint I have is the tons of packing tape - everything was wrapped with so much tape it reminded me of how a 3 year old might wrap a present, but it's far better to have too much tape to cut through (and stick to you, and to the bottom of your feet) than not enough. Everything was well wrapped and protected - I dare say it took more time to remove the protective packaging and unbox than it did to actually assemble it. I used a T-square to square the footboard corners before tightening down, and to my delight, the metal rails lined up perfectly with the holes for mounting - no wrestling, pushing, or contorting bed pieces to get those final pieces to fit (ahem, every OTHER bed I've ever assembled). I also purchased a thick (13") mattress for this bed. Since the headboard is on the shorter side (the bed looks larger in pictures than it actually is), I used a low-profile foundation so that the mattress fits down into the rails. Perfect! I'm extremely pleased with this purchase, and look forward to sleeping in this bed for many, many years. The sales staff at Charles P. Rogers is very friendly, thorough, and an overall pleasure to deal with. I was warmly welcomed at the show room and received more than a couple of follow up calls to discuss the purchase and delivery of the bed. These are people who build a relationship with their customers, so they get an A . Any future bed purchases will be directed to Charles P. Rogers."

Review: "The bed was exactly as pictured, even more beautiful in person. Set up was very easy and it was delivered before the estimated delivery date. Delivery service called to set up delivery date and then on that date called us when they were 30 minutes away. My husband met them at the house for delivery and he was on his way back to work in no time. I searched for two months for the perfect bed and could not find anything that I liked. I saw an ad for their website and had the bed ordered in 30 minutes. It was exactly what I was looking for. Everytime I walk in my room I look at the bed and smile."

Review: "This bed is absolutely gorgeous. The mahogany wood compliments the leather perfectly. The headboard is also extremely comfortable to lean against. This bed is very elegant. It becomes the focal point of any bedroom. But most importantly, this bed is very well made. I actually felt the difference during my first night sleeping on it. This bed is solid and supports my mattress and boxspring very well. This is the only bed I will ever need. Well worth the investment. One thing though - the headboard is big so I don't recommend setting this up yourself. The delivery guys Charles P. Rogers hires are real professionals so the convenience of having them set up the bed for you is well worth it. They're in and out in half an hour and your bed is fully set-up. They take away all the packaging so you're not left with any mess."
