"The product arrived much later than I had expected, but this is because I live in a remote area. It was well packed and survived the trip across the continent well. It was easy to assemble, although I was unsure whether or not I needed to re-use some of the hardware used in the shipping crates. The bed is very sturdy, and the mattress I bought to go with it (the St. Charles mattress) is soft yet firm. The small bottle of touch-up stain is very appreciated as I am a bit of a klutz! I will definitely consider buying from Charles P. Rogers again if I need to purchase another bed."

"The bed is equally as pretty in person as in the picture. It's a low-profile sleigh bed and is a little lower than a traditional bed. We use a queen sheets but a double size coverlet so as not to cover up the pretty wood. The freight company took very good care in setting it up and we're happy with our purchase."

"The people at Charles P. Rogers were a pleasure to deal with (I had previously ordered a sample of the bed before deciding to order the bed). It certainly made me nervous to have such a large piece of furniture shipped from NY to CA, but the bed was packaged securely and it arrived in perfect condition. Shipping took about a month, travelling across the country, but once it arrived the delivery company even brought the bed all the way upstairs. The bed itself is gorgeous and completely exceeded my expectations with respect to quality and looks. I would definitely recommend Charles P. Rogers and if I needed to buy another bed wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Thanks!"

"Naturally, one is always somewhat nervous ordering a piece of furniture sight unseen, but no one should hesitate ordering from this company. Their products are extremely well-made, packaged securely, and delivered within a reasonable period of time. The tiger mahogany wood is gorgeous. Construction is very solid. It took my husband and I about 2 - 2 1/2 hours to assemble. Do not have any qualms about ordering - you won't be disappointed !"

"My experience with Charles P. Rogers was excellent. The bed was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The packaging was outstanding. It's obvious a lot of thought went into how to package this product in the smallest space possible and still protect it from the rigors of shipping. The assembly was a real pleasure also. The instructions were clear, complete and precise. I have never had a product assembly go so well. The quality of the finished product is great. We love our bed and will buy from Charles P. Furniture Delivery Service
Beds that are in stock ship within a few days. The "Shipping Class", based on weight and size, is listed underneath the prices for each style. Delivery charges within the lower 48 states for each Class are listed below. Our furniture deliveries are made by express carrier. Service includes delivery inside your front door. Because our beds are large, bulky items, we recommend you arrange for another person to help with assembly. Service to Alaska, Hawaii and worldwide is also available at reasonable rates, please call a showroom for more information.

About Our Mahogany Beds
This bed is constructed from solid, genuine Mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla) considered to be one of the finest furniture woods in the world due to it's beauty, durability and working properties. We use only FAS grade "first and seconds" lumber, the highest industry grade available. All of our Mahogany beds utilize only legal and ecologically sustainable plantation grown Mahogany. Our use of carefully managed and harvested Mahogany insures that your investment in a Charles P. Rogers bed is sound both from an environment standpoint as well as an aesthetic one. This Mahogany bed is a product that will remain useful for generations and is manufactured with careful and thoughtful use of natural resources. We believe this is most sound practice as a bed that continues it's usefulness for multiple generations minimizes the need for replacement items.
