Tall and dramatic, our Mahogany Sleigh Platform is based on a classic French Lit Bateau design. Contemporary in proportion and detailing, it has upholstered decks for use with a mattress only. Solid Mahogany construction and a vivid ribbon mahogany veneer panel make this bed the centerpiece of any bedroom. Hand applied multi-layer medium mahogany finish accentuates the natural grain and depth of the solid Mahogany. An excellent choice for extra thick mattresses.

"This is a fantastic bed. The workmanship and quality are unsurpassed and it is truly as they represented. The way it was packaged for delivery tells you how they care for their beds. There was no way anything could have happened to it during the delivery as it was all in hardwood boxes that were screwed together. The bed was delivered as and when expected so I would have no problem recommending this company or using them again.
As an fyi, for those who may not be aware(I wasn't) There are box springs available that are only 4" high (1/2 of the regular height). We first tried the bed with just our mattress but felt it was a little too low, then we put our regular box springs back and that seemed too high. But after researching, I found the 4" box spring and it is just Right!!"

"Delivered when expected. Grumpy delivery/set up guy but that isn't Charles Rogers fault. The bed is absolutely gorgeous. Have had it over a year now and it is very well made. Best online purchase I have ever made, and wouldn't have done it without all the rave reviews. If you are considering one of these beds I suggest you go for it, you won't be disappointed."

"I am so pleased with the purchase of this platform sleigh bed and for many reasons...... the quality of the bed itself is unsurpassed. Ordering on line can be a scary thing.....but the photos are true to the real thing lacking only in their inability to convey the workmanship. I purchased the bed to use with a tempurpedic mattress and it works beautifully with that. Even, the crate the bed came in was a work of art and the delivery men were so professional, I had no worries. It was a real joy to make this purchase .....thanks to the folks to helped me on the phone as well. They were very patient when I asked for several measurements. "I never thought I would spend this amount of money on a bed but once I received the bed I knew that it was worth it. A friend of mine had purchased a bed earlier in the year and it was absolutely beautiful so I started doing research on this company. The bed is quality constructed, beautifully finished, classic design, and I can't say enough good things about it.. I actually bought the bed and had it delivered...unfortunately I had no idea how heavy the bed was or I would have paid the extra money to have someone put it together. It didn't take me long to put the bed together but it is a solid piece of furniture and I have shown all my friends the website!!! I will be buying another sleigh bed "The Grenoble Sleigh Bed" within the next several months.
I highly recommend the beds as they are quality built and the sales staff are awesome!!!!"

Beds that are in stock ship within a few days. The "Shipping Class", based on weight and size, is listed underneath the prices for each style. Delivery charges within the lower 48 states for each Class are listed below. Our furniture deliveries are made by express carrier. Service includes delivery inside your front door. Because our beds are large, bulky items, we recommend you arrange for another person to help with assembly. Service to Alaska, Hawaii and worldwide is also available at reasonable rates, please call a showroom for more information.
