We have done our best to provide useful and accurate information. As with all unique, handmade items - descriptions and photographs may not exactly match the actual product due to natural variations in materials, hand finishing process, and the limitations of color printing/computer monitors and browser settings.

 

Decorative beds and bed linens are non refundable once opened. For any issue regarding decorative beds, including damage in shipping or missing hardware, please contact our customer service team.

 

To return an UNOPENED piece of furniture, sheets, mattress protector, or encasement, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, including refusal of delivery.

 

Delivery and setup service fees are non refundable on all purchases.
ITEMS IN-TRANSIT: Cancellation of orders that have been shipped are subject to a 20% shipping fee.

 

20% recycling fee on all beds and mattresses.

 

Mattress may be returned at any time during the first 180 days after delivery. A charge of 20% of original purchase price and will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, a recycling fee of $200 will be charged. A refund to the original means of payment will be done after the mattress is returned in clean condition. One exchange per household per year. A surcharge will apply to remote areas.

 

Lifetime Mattress Guarantee lets you exchange the cassette(s) of your Lifetime mattress to achieve your desired feel. One time exchange is available for a $200 fee during the first year. Applies to Lifetime 8, Lifetime 9, Lifetime 10.
A) The Lifetime Mattress Guarantee requires you keep your cassette(s) for 30 days from the receipt of the mattress. The Powercore spring units in our mattresses are designed to keep your body in natural alignment and provide long lasting comfort.
B) You must unbox the mattress within 14 days of receipt.
C) Guarantee is limited to two cassette replacements within a 365 day period after receipt of mattress. Defective mattress units will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

 

Lifetime Warranty On Powercore Springs 

If your innerspring fails, return your mattress to us and we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. The customer is only responsible for transportation. Lifetime and Rogers 1855 mattresses have an additional twenty five year prorated warranty covering other material defects. Estate, Estate SE and Tradition mattresses have a 15 year prorated warranty. Normal wear and tear is not included.
