A Class of its own... and a huge plus for being Made In America. I have had some comfortable mattresses in my life, but nothing compares to a mattress from Charles P. Their quality is outstanding! If you believe the photos look good wait until you receive your product. This platform bed was not only of high quality it is extremely rich and classy. I would recommend Charles P Rogers to anyone, you will not be dissappointed.

Took time to read all reviews before purchasing. I love these beds but am not a fan of platforms. I am tall and don't like to sleep low to the ground.Problem solved. Purchased the Newhouse headboard in espresso and the iron frame only. Love it! so elegant and not overpowering. The biltmore mattress was also purchased, states that it is plush but is very firm. This will take some time, if ever to get use to. The bed linnen are nice and the linen bedskirt gives the whole bed a very nice and finished look. I would recommend any of their beds but be careful of the biltmore mattress, more frim than plush! Rated a 9 only because of the mattress but the true overall experience and look is a 10

I have now had this bed for about 5 years. I found it online after searching for about two years for a bed that reminded me of our farm when I was a kid. Serendipitously, a business trip took me to New York (I live in the midwest) so I could see the bed before purchasing it. It is beautiful and extremely well-made. It arrived packaged extremely well with assembly instructions which were easy to follow. Needless to say, it looks great in my house. In addition, it has held up fine over the past five years. It is as sturdy as the day I finished assembly. With this level of quality, I hope my great grandchildren will be enjoying the bed as much as I do. I have never regretted the purchase. It is time to re-decorate another bedroom in my house. Based on my experience with Charles P. Rogers, I will not have to shop at any other stores or sites.

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect platform bed.It's sleek, simple and elegant. The legs are actually tucked under the bed so I don't stub my toes any more. I found it easier to assemble with a friend. The height is perfect; and what a great night's sleep. (I think rounded corners would be an additional asset)

We have the Barcelona king standard height. It has a truly beautiful finish and contemporary design that blends well with our other furnishings. It was not difficult to assemble. We had only one problem: after taking about two weeks to arrive, the headboard came split down the middle. We immediately called the company and emailed them a picture. They acted immediately and after another longish wait a new headboard arrived that was perfect. I would suggest airing out the room as the odor from the finish was strong-- but has since almost dissipated. We love this new addition to our bedroom!

This is the most beautiful bed ! I had been looking at it for a few years, but I just could not afford to buy it yet. But I still wanted it! Sometimes not seeing an item in person can be difficult, but you will not be disappointed at all. This is so much better in person! I came home to it all installed and ready to go, and could not believe my eyes. It was just breath taking and elegant. The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional. My friend who installed it has been in the antique business for 40 years and even he was amazed at the construction, quality and over all beauty and solidness of this bed.

Just got my new bed and it is wonderful! I have been eying this bed for a very long time and I am soooooooooo glad I finally have it. Delivery was exceptional and very professional. Highly recommend anything from Charles P Rogers - you won't regret it.
