All beds on our website are currently in production, allowing us to offer substantial savings from our regular made-to-order prices.  Bed linens are in stock and are available for immediate delivery at reduced prices. Price markdowns are available for a limited time only and are subject to change without notice. As a small company who manufactures and sells our own products we are able to accommodate a wide range of special needs on a timely basis and at reasonable rates. Our sales staff is knowledgeable and well qualified to discuss your requirements. Examples of some of the more common services we provide are listed below:

Beds that are in stock ship within a few days. The "Shipping Class", based on weight and size, is listed underneath the prices for each style. Delivery charges within the lower 48 states for each Class are listed below. Our furniture deliveries are made by express carrier. Service includes delivery inside your front door. Because our beds are large, bulky items, we recommend you arrange for another person to help with assembly. Service to Alaska, Hawaii and worldwide is also available at reasonable rates, please call a showroom for more information.

Standard delivery for bed linens takes approximately 5 days. Overnight and express delivery is available. Please see chart below for delivery charges. Please call for next day, 2 day, or for delivery charges outside the continental U.S.

The built in steel structural support is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for as long as you own your Charles P. Rogers bed. Simply return it to our factory and we will repair or replace it at no charge exclusive of transportation costs. Our service department is always available to dispense advice and touch-up supplies or to arrange non-warranty repairs. Please Note: We have done our best to provide useful and accurate information. Due to natural variations in materials, the hand finishing process and the limitations of color printing/computer monitors & browser settings, descriptions and photographs may not exactly match the actual product.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is delivered damaged please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. To exchange an item or return an item for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges will receive full credit, less transportation costs.
