Items that are in stock are ready to ship within a few days. When you add an item to your cart, availability is shown next to each item on your order. Drop off shipment to your home for most continental U.S. addresses is made by our own trucks or carriers that specialize in furniture delivery. We take care of all the arrangements and you will be contacted when the delivery is scheduled to be made. The "Shipping Class" on each product page specifies the cost for delivery to your home based on the weight and size the items to be shipped. Shipment to remote locations, off mainland, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and international addresses is easily arranged (give us a call for a quote).
- White Glove Delivery is available to most addresses in the continental US.for an fee of $150 and includes:
- Delivery to the room of choice in your home
- Packaging debris removed

We believe that you will find your new Charles P Rogers mattress as comfortable as we do. As any new mattress will take some time to familiarize please take full advantage of the 100 days. If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your mattress we will work with you to adjust comfort layers, add a topper, or exchange the entire mattress. Each of our mattresses has a model specific warranty. Please inquire with a sales representative for model warranty specifics at 800-582-6229.
The built in steel structural support used in our beds is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for as long as you own your Charles P. Rogers bed. Simply return it to our factory and we will repair or replace it at no charge exclusive of transportation costs. Our service department is always available to dispense advice and touch-up supplies or to arrange non-warranty repairs.
Powercore3™ mattress springs are guaranteed against breakage for as long as you own the mattress. Simply contact our customer service department to arrange an inspection and replacement exclusive of transporation costs.
If your order is delivered damaged or an incorrect item was received please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
To Exchange an item you have already received for a different one, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt. (please note - mattresses covered by our 100 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee may be exchanged within 100 days)
To Return an item you have already received for a refund, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt. (please note - return period for mattresses covered by our 100 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee may be returned within 100 days)
- Exchange/Return items must be unused and in original condition (comfort exchange exceptions noted above)
- Exchange/Return items are subject to 20% recycling fee (comfort exchange exceptions noted above).
- Sheets, mattress toppers, protectors, and encasements may only be returned if not used and in original package.
- Original delivery charges and service charges are not refundable.
- Additional return fees may apply in remote delivery areas.
NOTE ON WOOD & METAL FINISHES: We have done our best to provide useful and accurate information. As with all unique, handmade items- descriptions and photographs may not exactly match the actual product due to natural variations in materials, the hand finishing process and the limitations of color printing/computer monitors and browser settings.
NOTE ON BREAD FINANCED ORDERS: Finance terms require that return fees may not be financed and are to be paid by the borrower prior to receiving a refund of the financed amount.
