Sleeping Pain Free

Join us in our series of interviews with specialist Anthony Nam in exploring the complicated relationship between chronic pain and sleep.

Anthony Nam is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist who graduated from New York College of Health Professions 2011. There he was trained in a myriad of massage techniques (Swedish, deep-tissue, sports, trigger point, and tui-na), as well as traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and Chinese herbs). Over the years, witnessing that chronic pain is one of leading cause of ailments today, Anthony has developed his own therapy drawing from massage/tui-na, and acupuncture to address many of these problem areas (E.M.I.T.).
