Rogers has manufactured original headboards, iron and brass beds, daybeds, trundle beds, canopy beds and bedding. Over time our product line has recently evolved to include mahogany and leather headboards and bed styles as well as high quality bed linens that will complement all of our elegant leather, wood and metal beds.

  Many of our Mahogany and Leather Beds feature a simple, architectural design, equally at home in a modern or eclectic room setting. The Club bed features extensive use of full-grain leather, premium mahogany and top-quality high density foam throughout for unequalled comfort.

We have many other leather bed and headboard styles available as well. Many of our beds, including the Club may be ordered as a headboard alone for use with a standard frame or as a complete bed with solid mahogany frame. The Club headboard is available in your choice of color - black or vintage brown.

The framework for each leather bed is handcrafted from kiln-dried hardwoods. Upholstery is built up in multiple layers to provide an appropriate level of firmness and comfort with special attention given to maintaining the shape and contour of the final form. Premium high-density foam is exclusive to many of our leather beds. This advanced material conforms to the required shape while you are sleeping yet returns to its full, original contour when pressure is removed. The comfort is unmatched with the added benefit of retaining its full, upholstered form without sagging or wrinkling over time. We take great care in the upholstering process to ensure a high quality fit and finish. Tufting is done by hand in the traditional manner. The bed rails are solid planks of plantation-grown mahogany and feature a concealed, solid steel inner rail that provides superior center and edge support for the boxspring and mattress.

To this day, we remain a small family operation as our products cannot be mass-produced. The advantage for you is that our staff knows and cares how beds are made and they know how to get them to you efficiently and economically, with expert final assembly in your home.
