The Covid-19 situation is still evolving. No matter the change, our first priority will always be the health and well being of our customers, staff, and partners. We are monitoring and adapting all health and safety recommendations as currently expressed by Federal, State, and Local authorities. We will be updating our procedures and policies as required for the health of our communities.

As always, our master bed makers, warehouse, and support teams are still on the payroll, ready to provide safe, reliable service.

We've been making beds and mattresses in New York since 1855.
Over that long history, we've been through good times and bad.
And have learned again and again, working together, the American spirit will always prevail.

These days a good nights' sleep is more important than ever and we're here to give you exactly that.

Leather Headboards - Leather Beds | Charles P. Rogers® Est. 1855

Looking for a unique leather headboards? You'll find them at Charles P. Rogers. For over 150 years, Charles P. Rogers has manufactured original metal headboards, iron and brass beds, daybeds, trundle beds, and canopy beds. Our product line has recently evolved to include wood and leather headboards and bed styles as well as high quality bedding and linens that perfectly complement our elegant headboards and beds.

Our Hampton headboard is an updated version of a 20th century classic Bauhaus design. It is beautifully tailored in super soft and supple full grain leather with matching leather buttons. Generously proportioned, it is hand tufted leather over remarkably comfortable and sensuous high resilience foam. Easily attaches to standard metal bed frame. Leather colors include ultra white, black and vintage brown. Solid Mahogany bedframe and feet are also available.

The framework for each bed is hand-crafted from kiln-dried hardwood. Upholstery is built up in multiple layers to provide an appropriate level of firmness and comfort with special attention given to maintaining the shape and contour of the final form. Heat sensitive high density foam is an exclusive feature on many of our beds. This advanced material senses body temperature and conforms to the required shape while you are sleeping yet returns to its full, original contour when the pressure is removed. The comfort is unmatched with the added benefit of retaining its full, upholstered form without sagging or wrinkling. Great care is taken in the upholstering process to ensure a high quality fit and finish. Tufting is done by hand in the traditional manner. The bed rails are solid planks of plantation-grown mahogany and feature a concealed, solid steel inner rail that provides superior perimeter and center support for the mattress and boxspring.

By necessity, we remain a small company as our products cannot be mass-produced. The advantage for you is that our staff knows and cares how beds are made and how to get them to your home efficiently and economically.
